Attention Child Support Customers,

The California State Department of Child Support Services has scheduled a planned maintenance of the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) system, tentatively scheduled from 12:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2021, through 6:00 a.m. Monday, November 15, 2021. During that time, CSE and the Guideline Calculator will be unavailable. This will also impact Riverside County Offices and customers in their ability to access case information. We thank you in advance for your patience as the system is maintained in order to provide you with the best service upon its completion.
